Fashion Street – London
Essex Thermal Services Ltd delivered a complete air conditioning, ventilation and insulation package at Fashion Street, London, providing a fully coordinated HVAC solution for a commercial environment.
The project included the supply and installation of MVHR systems complete with wall controllers, supported by associated air intake and exhaust ductwork connected to external weathered louvres and plenums.
Ventilation works included the installation of attenuators and supply and extract ductwork serving the internal areas through circular swirl grilles, helping deliver efficient air distribution throughout the space.
The air conditioning package included multiple internal FCUs, incorporating both ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted units installed to meet the requirements of the building.
ETS also delivered associated insulation works to the air intake ductwork, alongside the installation of a Nuaire fan and ductwork serving the toilet extract system.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver integrated mechanical packages, combining ventilation, air conditioning and insulation expertise through a single specialist team.
