Essex Thermal Services Ltd successfully completed a comprehensive thermal insulation package at Westmont, White City Living, a major residential development in London.

Working across a complex multi-building scheme, ETS delivered the supply and installation of insulation systems supporting the development’s mechanical services infrastructure.

The package included insulation works to the chilled water plantroom, low temperature hot water sub-station and boosted cold water tank room, complete with metal finishes, valve jackets and service identification.

ETS also carried out insulation works to LTHW, CHW, BCW and CAT5 distribution pipework throughout basement levels, risers and corridor areas, ensuring consistent system performance across the development.

Additional works included insulation to domestic services and ductwork serving amenity areas, with installations delivered to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
